Thanks for joining me! I have recently been exploring different forms of therapy and thought about writing. I have written in the past and found it extremely therapeutic, but would find it seemed pointless as it was always on paper and would end up in a drawer somewhere, forgotten about. So I thought, maybe a blog would work. So, here I am. Opening myself up to the world wide web. Jumping in with both feet to something completely new.
